At Tiny Sprouts Education, we like to make sure every volunteer is set up for success! The onboarding process usually takes 2-3 days, depending on how quickly you complete the steps (account setup, cultural training videos, vetting process by moderators). We’ll keep you updated every step of the way—no guessing games here!

We know waiting isn’t fun, so we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days after you submit your application. If you’re in (and we’ve got a good feeling you will be!), you’ll get a welcome email with everything you need to start. Keep an eye on your inbox!

Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Our moderators will email you with topics the school and children are interested in under your chosen subject. Plus, we provide ready-to-use teaching templates with exercises so you can hit the ground running. Just bring your enthusiasm!

Need to reschedule? No problem, just give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust.

Yes! Once you’ve completed 8+ hours of volunteering with us, you can request a verified certificate from your dashboard. It’ll include your name, hours contributed, and the dates of your service—perfect for resumes, school requirements, or just feeling proud of your impact.
